Returns

If you are not happy with your order, we will still be friends! You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered to you.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

• with both Goods and Packaging as far as possible in their original condition
• securely wrapped
• include returns note
• at your risk and cost
• we suggest, by recorded or signed delivery

Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to admin@rattanlife.co.uk. Specify exactly what Goods you would like to return and when purchased. Also give full details with pictures of the defect or the reason for return.

We will then issue a Returns Note with the return address.
